Invitation

Dominican Nuns are a Contemplative Community of Cloistered Nuns. They are located in Karen above the shopping center on Tree Lane off Ngong Road.

They were founded here in Nairobi in 1965 in Lang'ata and in 1974 they moved to Karen. We have a baby Monastery in Zambia in the diocese of Kabwe since 2013.

On  August 27 we will celebrate the closing of the Golden Jubilee year. We invite all of you to join us in this great celebration. It begins at 10.00am. The main Presider will be Rev. bishop Kamau the Auxiliary bishop of the Arch diocese of Nairobi.
